What are your products made of? |

Our clothing materials vary. Most of our clothing items are made of 100%
cotton jersey, cotton denim or a combination of cotton, fleece and
polyester.

How well do the designs hold up when washed?
|
|
Our designs are professionally silk-screened onto our clothing --
essentially printed onto each piece. They wash well without
fading.

Will the clothing shrink when washed? |
|
On our products that are 100% cotton, there may be minimal shrinkage,
depending on how you launder them.

When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
This depends on the shipment method you choose. Non-express shipments
generally take about a week. We try to process and ship your order within two business days
(Monday through Friday).

Can my order be giftwrapped? |
|
Yes! We will be happy to giftwrap your order for you, at no additional
charge. Please go to the "giftwrap" category and add the option into your
shopping cart. If you are ordering multiple items and want them individually
wrapped, you will need to "order" each one separately.

Where do you get your designs? |
|
Most of our designs were created by freelance artist Lisa Rauchwerger who
specializes in papercuts, paper sculpture, calligraphy, ketubot, and
illustration. She is also the author/illustrator of "Chocolate Chip Challah," a
family cookbook, as well as a companion activity book. Check out her website at

Do you have a toll free phone number? |

Yes, we do. 866 is the newest toll free prefix offered by the phone company.
It works the same as an 800, 888 or 877 number. There is no charge to
you.
